Mashco Piro “assault unlawful loggers” in Peru

Reviews have emerged from Peru about an obvious violent conflict between the Mashco Piro folks whose photographs Survival launched final month, and unlawful loggers working inside their territory.

It seems that a minimum of one logger has been critically wounded, and probably two others additionally, by arrows fired at them by a big group – as much as 100 – of Mashco Piro folks.
